Clients are charged an inactivity fee when they place a withdrawal from their wallet,without ever having placed a trade. The fee structure is as follows:
Bank Wire: 25 USD
Debit / Credit Card: 5%
E-Wallet: 5%
Is it free to deposit into my account?
Yes! TIOmarkets will cover all fees incurred for you to deposit into your account. If depositing by bank wire, your local bank might charge you a fee that is out of our hands. Check with your local bank for further information.
Are my withdrawals free?
Yes, if you are trading and want to withdraw more than 20 USD (or fiat currency equivalent), TIOmarkets will cover all costs! If you fall into one of these categories, you might be charged a fee.If you fall into one of these categories, you might be charged a fee.

When will I receive my withdrawal?
We process all withdrawal requests within 1 working day and then it is out of our hands. How long it takes to receive your funds will depend on the method used. For credit/debit card or bank wire transfers, it can take between 3-5 working days for your funds to clear.
