Our journey began in 2019 with the establishment of TIO Markets Holding which soon gave rise to TIO Markets UK Ltd. A company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 06592025 and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA license number 488900)

During 2019, we continued to learn, envolve and add more assets to provide a more complete trading solution. This is when we decided to fully transition to the popular MT4 and MT5 trading platforms. Due to their simplicity, better bridging solutions and greater access to liquidity providers.

By the end of 2019, we launched our very own dividend paying digital currency linked to the revenue generated from trading activity on the platform. The initial coin offering raised $31 million and we have paid out over $1 million in dividends to investors since.

By around the end of 2020 the total number of registered users exceeded 50,000.

In 2021, we onboarded Trading Central to provide their technical views and analyst opinions and created the TIOsignals app.

In 2022, we transitioned to a new web technology with enhanced security and encryption features and faster page loading capabilities. As part of the transition to the new web platform, we began redesigning the website.

In 2023, we moved to a new office and started providing 24/7 customer support. The number of registered users has exceeded 160,000.

Our platform evolved to allow copy trading so traders could make their trading performance public. Which would allow them to attract followers to copy them so they could earn more from their trading. Our copy trading service also enables effortless investing in global financial markets by allowing our clients to copy the trades of other traders in real-time

We expanded the range of financial instruments our clients can trade by introducing indices Futures.

TIOmarkets EU acquires the CySEC licence under registration number HE 399709 for operations within the EU and adheres to CySEC regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with strict financial standards such as capital adequacy and audit requirements. We are dedicated to maintaining rigorous management discipline and implementing top-notch controls within our compliance framework.
